Tabbouleh

Servings: 4, Preparation time: 30-45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup overcooked farro (toast the farro)
  • .5 bundle chives, chopped
  • .5 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • black pepper, ground
  • black cumin, gound
  • whole juiced lemon
  • salt, to taste
  • .5 tablespoon tahini (maybe not, made it too dry?)
  • small handful of mint (bergamont), chopped
  • thin slices of mini meyer lemons with skins

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill before eating.
