Tabbouleh

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup overcooked farro (toast the farro)
- .5 bundle chives, chopped
- .5 bunch of parsley, chopped
- black pepper, ground
- black cumin, gound
- whole juiced lemon
- salt, to taste
- .5 tablespoon tahini (maybe not, made it too dry?)
- small handful of mint (bergamont), chopped
- thin slices of mini meyer lemons with skins
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill before eating.
