Homemade bouillon cubes (freeze to use later)
Servings: A lot! Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- .5 to full onion or small leek, chopped
- 2 small/medium carrots, chopped
- 1 stock celery, chopped
- Handful parsley (or cilantro)
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Knob of turmeric (optional)
Instructions
- Use a food processor or a hand blender and the food chopper bowl to blend all ingredients (a regular blender doesn’t work without added liquid, which is not recommended).
- Slather the result on parchment paper in a square shape at a consistent thickness and partially freeze.
- Remove it from the freezer when it not too hard. Cut into cubes and store in the freeze.
