Tahini Ranch-Style Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or walnut oil (not roasted walnut oil)
- 1 teaspoon miso, white or barley
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon onions, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- dill, chives, parsley: fresh or dried, in equal parts
- leek sprouts chopped fine (optional)
- salt, freshly ground pepper to taste
- water, to get to the right constancy
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, tasting as you go. Add more as needed.
Makes a little less than 1/4 cup.
