Classic Caesar salad, mexicanified and super tastey!

Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon vegetarian worcestershire
- 1+ tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2+ tablespoons greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons olive or walnut oil
- 1-2 tablespoons nut parm
- 1/2 cup cilantro, de-stemmed
- 8 cups romaine or little gems, bite-sized
- Thinnly sliced red cabbage
- Tofu cutlets
- Chips or sliced toasted tortillas, optional
- Green salsa as an additional topping, optional
Instructions
- Place garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, worcestershire in a bowl, mixing together.
- Add yogurt, vinegar and lime juice. Mix to combine.
- Add cheese and drizzle in oil. Mix until the oil is absorbed.
- Add cilantro to the dressing. Mix to combine
- Toss the dressing with the lettuce. Optional: top w/ crushed chips or tortilla slices.
