Slow roasted veggies
Servings: 1 cup, Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- Onions
- Garlic
- Root veggies,
- Herbs and spices of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon of some oil or butter or soya or your veggie cubes
Instructions
- Heavy bottom pot, put in all ingredients (or stage out veggies as needed to not over cook).
- Saute 5 minutes or so, cover with lid and let stew, watch water so as not to burn. Add more water as needed.
- When all is tender, add few cups of water and green veggies etc., adjust water and seasonings as desired.
